So, I am planning on addressing all the comme...hi! So, I am planning on addressing all the comments/questions on MY blog, but your question evoked an IMMEDIATE response! PPD - yea, oh yea. Big time. After my first child, and then after my third. Both of them were winter babies, and for both of them I went into some kind of weird hiding. For my first child I became very ill and it took a year to recover. After my third child, I saw the symptoms and thought, "this is a bad track", so I took up... walking. I walked every day. Sometimes that meant that the poor baby was bundled in a stroller, in a snow suit, under a wind break getting rained on.... Eventually I met a woman in my neighborhood who walked too, and we started walking together. I still walk with her. Even on days i get up and run 12 miles before the sun is up, I fit a walk in later. And yes, we are still crazy enough to walk in the ran about 50% of the time. Hope this helps. And congratulations on taking up running. Smartest thing I ever did for myself, I hope one day you will say the same!gba_gf https://www.blogger.com/profile/12162567892978000635noreply@blogger.com
